National Fuel Corporation is a privately owned independent producer and operator of natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountains.
J. C. (Jay) Thompson, founder and Chief Executive Officer of NFC; Chairman of NFC and NFM. Mr. Thompson has been active in the Rocky Mountain oil and gas business for over 50 years, both as an exploration geologist and producer. Mr. Thompson manages exploration and development activities related to NFC.
Diane Thompson, President and Chief Operating Officer. Diane interfaces with company directors, including two independent board members, to help establish and implement policies and procedures that contribute to company goals. She works with NFC Controller and Vice President-Operations to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations management. Diane builds and maintains positive relationships with industry participants and regulators, and negotiates company operating agreements. She is responsible for strategic growth and diversification opportunities.
Andrew W. Busch, Vice President-Operations, has been with NFC since 1991. He oversees the Company's Grand Junction office and three field employees. His duties include supervision of producing operations along with certain drilling and completion activities. He handles regulatory compliance matters with federal and state authorities, including well permitting, environmental, and rights of way.
Rose Greenfield, Controller, has been with NFC since 2004. She oversees the independent financial audit process and management reporting. She also supervises royalty reporting, revenue and joint interest accounting, and insurance and tax matters.
